All orders can be returned within 30 days after the ship date
. The company will give the full refund after the deduction of shipping charges and gift wrap charges. To return a product from your order, send the product back to Perfume unopened and in its original seal packaging. However, items such as cosmetics and skincare products cannot be returned due to health reasons. The refund should be expected within one billing cycle after they have received the returned product. If shipping for the product was free, the amount will be deducted from the credit to be applied to the credit card.
If your order arrives damaged or partly damaged, you should send an email to the company notifying them of the damage and file a damage claim. You will be required to keep all the packaging materials for 5 working days after notifying them of the damage and the replacement will be sent.
