    Replacement water filter for Aquabrick

    I purchased this product to have clean and safe water for my family. I love the company's customer service, the product came at the stipulated time as supposed. The filter is efficient for cleaning and filtering water for a larger family. We are a family of 6 and the product is still working efficiently. I have been using this product for 6months now and it's still in it's best working state. Good quality filter gives you good and safe water also a Happy family. I will recommend this product to friends and family who are interested to get a safe and consumable water for them and their family. Nice filters

Sagan Life was created as a result of the desire to provide the best water filtration system on the market. The Director of Sales is a water industry guru with over 20 years of experience with vast knowledge about water, water filtration, methods of filtering water and emergency water purification systems. The development team took 5 years of research that led them to produce the water filtration products. 

Products and Services offered by Sagan Life 
For traveling purposes, Sagan Life offers products such as Journey filter water bottle, journey water purification bottle, X stream straw and Sagan Life aquabrick water and food storage container. Sagan Life aquadrum also provides water purification system in case of emergencies. Sagan Life also offers products such as Aquabrick water filtration system, Inline purifier, UltraFlo portable water filter system. They also have the Kelly Kettles, kettle kits and accessories among other products.  

Shipping and Delivery offered by Sagan Life 
Orders are usually shipped via FedEx or USPS. After the order has been placed, the shipment will be done the next business day. However, orders placed before 8.30 am Pacific time, shipment will be done the same day but after 8.30am. The shipment will be done the following business day. Shipments are only transported and delivered from Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sundays do not count as shipping and dropping days. For products advertised to have free shipping, the shipment is done through FedEx Ground or US Postal Service. Once the order has been shipped, the buyer will receive an email with the tracking info so that they can know exactly when their orders will arrive.  

Return and Exchange Policy offered by Sagan Life 
If unsatisfied with products from Sagan life, return or exchange can be done within 30 days of the purchase date. To return unused products, one has to contact them first about the matter. If the return is a result of their error, the shipping costs will be refunded. If the return order originally had free shipping, the initial shipping expense will be deducted from the credit to your account. If an order is returned because delivery was rejected, or the package was unclaimed or the shipping address provided while making the order was incorrect, Sagan life will deduct from the refund amount; the original shipping cost, restocking fee, and the returning shipping fees charged to them by the shipper. Refunds will be issued in accordance with the original method of payment and processing takes 2-3 days.
