    I don't even know if the suitcases are good, but their customer service is HORRENDOUS. If you write them, they send you a useless response within a couple hours. If you respond to the useless response, it takes THREE DAYS to get a response. But! You can copy that email and put a new subject line in it and get a response pretty quickly. It will likely still be useless...but at least it's a response.

    I accidentally clicked the "pay" instead of the "pay in 4 installments" on their website - I immediately emailed asking if they could switch it. They can't was the response. OK, then cancel it - I wasn't planning on shelling out $600 all at once. No response.... Sent a seperate email, they refunded it. Went to re-purchase it, the code no longer works for the 20% off because I "already used it." It's a generic code, so I could actually sign in with another email and use it, but after the trash response from them, I opted to instead ask for a code (keep everything on the same email). Nope, they can't do that. The cart automatically gives you a 15% if you close out and leave the stuff in there...but at this point, I wanted the 20% on principal.

    I was so frustrated I left this review on another site - they immediately responded and said "I'm unable to track down the correspondence, but if you need any additional assistance or if there's anything we can do to rectify the situation, please feel free to reach out to us at (email) and reference your username here."

    I did - got the auto response and NOTHING ELSE from them.

    Anyway - they lost a customer. I'm done with the waiting and crap service. I can only imagine how it will go down if something goes wrong with the suitcases.
