Tortuga Hybrid
This company is the Main Thing!! I recently purchased a 9"06" Tortuga Hybrid for a reasonable price... Especially if you're picking up a personal Will Call order in Garden Grove. If you have a Hybrid Vehicle and don't need to buy fuel, you can save "a lot" of money on the Delivered Price. Furthermore, these people have a fantastic and unique product that actually works. Their Customer Service is unrivaled by anyone, and stands head and shoulders above the majority of other companies......surfboards or otherwise. I'm glad I bought my Tortuga online, which says a lot considering I'm not a contemporary kind of person.

Ill make this as concise as possible
What I did: I bought two 8ft Verve Boards at a BOGO deal for my brother and I
What happened: My brothers brothers board was fine, I was too big for mine
And then?: I said hey SBBC, I need a bigger board for myself. They said cool, you're going to have to send both boards back
Their logic: Since you bought 2 boards as a bundle, you need to purchase two brand new boards. You will also need to pay almost $200 to ship two boards back as well as restock fees on the items
My idea: How about this, I will buy a NEW 9ft board and a NEW EXACT SAME IDENTICAL 8FT board as the ones I have here... instead of sending me the NEW ONE, just KEEP IT. Save me and you some time and money. Literally, just work with me, keep the new one I just bought, I'll send the one back that didn't work for me and we all save time and money, and then I'm happy and everybody wins.
Their response: NO
Conclusion: I just needlessly flushed almost $300 down the toilet for absolutely no reason... they didn't put any effort into working with me whatsoever. There are some really cool companies out there, and this isn't one of them. I do not recommend buying with them and will never buy from them again.
