Ray Bourque Puck
I ordered a signed Ray Bourque puck, however, it arrived open and the puck was missing, After a week's delay (due to severe weather where it was being shipped). They helped me when I emailed them on Monday. They got another puck the next day, wrapped it, sent it, and had it delivered by Wednesday. This was a gift for my father and I wanted to deliver it to him before he had surgery, the customer service went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you once again for your assistance with the replacement. I'll be ordering from you guys again without a doubt.
