They lost my first order. So I had to order again which meant I had to cancel my first order and then I'm still waiting on my refund check. When the set arrived, one of the table legs was broken. Then I wasn't given the correct bolts to attach the table legs to the table. The girl and customer service seemed rather indifferent to my plight. I called several times and it almost seemed as if she couldn't be bothered to help me. I couldn't understand why this person would work there if they weren't there to help the customer get what he or she paid for. Finally I went back to Lowe's and they made a call to the parts department and hopefully my bolts are on the way but this whole experience took far too long. I just don't get how that girl still works there because she did less than nothing for me
