uMobix has tracking software for both Android and iOS devices. You can view all the incoming calls, caller information, timestamps and call duration. You can access other information: messages, photos & videos, messengers and social, key logger, and GPS location. The software is set up on the child's phone, after which, as the parent, you can get real-time updates of the activity going on on the phone. Some of the things that uMobix will prevent include cyberbullying, internet addiction and adult website browsing. Not all phones are compatible with the software. uMobix, therefore, has a section for checking phone compatibility. uMobix updates the software automatically after every 5 minutes. uMobix also tracks the location of the phone that is being monitored. uMobix is not available as an icon on the device; therefore, the child will not know that they are under tracking. After purchasing the software, you experience any issues, uMobix has a customer support team that will help when needed. You can also get a refund within 14 days of buying the software after sending uMobix an email. They have a section if you want to become a reseller of their software. Aside from that, they have an affiliate program where you can earn a commission when an individual buys their software via your affiliate link. Run !!
I have been trying to use it for over a month. Their servers seem to be overloaded and for 1.5 month, they have been telling me to try again in 2 days.
It took me more than 3 weeks to be able to link the device. I haven’t been able to update the data since the 2nd of December (12 days). They are thief. I am literally paying for nothing.
If their servers are not able to handle the amount of orders, they should close the sales for some time. Not keep us hanging asking to try again in 2 days.

Complete scam wont refund you will find some loop hole or reason not to. Go with a real and professional site instead.

My daughter had her phone stolen and in a midnight panic I looked for a tool aside from Apple Find myiphone to help locate the device. I stumbled across UMOBIX and signed up for the cheap trial thinking this may help my daughter. I quickly found the tool didn’t do what I needed it to. Two days later a months subscription was taken from my credit card. I queried this and asked for a full refund as I hadn’t used the service and had made a genuine error signing up. I then get sent a very long refund policy explaining they can’t offer me a refund. I explained that they could but chose not to. I accept that I signed up but asked for some common sense and fairness, but they declined. Faceless companies that hide behind their refund policies really irritate me and no doubt if you have issues along the way, they will pull out their rule book and not do the right thing. I’ve no idea whether their product is any good or not but you can tell a lot about a company about how they deal with situations like this. They chose rules and policies over fairness and doing the right thing. The dollar amount is immaterial. I made a mistake and they chose a quick $60 instead of being reasonable. I’ll never use them. I’ll share my story wherever I see the opportunity to comment. Looks like I’m not the only one reading their online reviews. Buyer beware.
Yearly subscription
I purchased the yearly subscription. I tried to follow the instructions for IOS user and it told me that it was not available. I had to contact live support and with their directions I was unable to get device to sync. I was told to try back in an hour. I tried back one hour later and same problem. I was asked to try back in 4 hrs. I woke up the next morning which was 6 hrs and tried again and was told that the system was being worked on and to try again later. At that point, I was done trying and requested a refund. The company gave me the run around for several days but was finally issued a refund minus 9% for their (handling fee) This company is a scam and are in the business of taking peoples money and then not giving it back even though I was within my rights according to their own refund policy. DO NOT PAY FOR THIS SERVICE. Run far away and tell your friends as well in case they are thinking of using it

Be very careful the application does not work... and I was a notified by my bank that this is a scam . The bank has cancelled my card and money was returned. The Umobix does not return your money if you ask cancellation it is a scam site be very careful..
Just tell you that you will be informed soon but never answers at the end...

I wanted to try this service
and by mistake I paid a membership for 2 years. The same day I contacted them and explained that I won't use the product and that I have 14 days trial period to ask for refund.
They refused to to issue a refund. Very acammy by them. They wanted to keep that money even I sent so many mails explaining and asking my money back.
Very unprofessional. They are basically stealing from me....Shame on them

This app is very complex to install. I spent 4 hours with 2 customer service plus using an unuseful video After all the efforts, my husband and I couldn't install the app. I requested the reimbursement since we weren't able to do the installation. The answer from representatives Nicholas Griffin and Sophie Allen was "You are refusing to install it, so you don't qualify for reimbursement".
This company will make the installation process so difficult and blame you that it is your fault for not following instructions to force you to quit. Then, will claim that you are refusing the installation. I have a record of the 4-hour-plus hours' conversation with these people.
1 year subscription
App is OK. It does get you a lot of information but not everything they promise!
1. It is NOT hidden. It shows as "casting" right on the main screen of the phone.
2. Sync is very odd with timing. It will sometimes sync 4 times a day, other times you will wait 18 hours.
3. It takes FOREVER to download the information promised and, even then, it isn't complete. (Contacts never came through)
4. It depletes you battery 3 times faster than normal which is terribly problematic.
5. In order to have it hidden I am being advised I need to download a third party app? Crazy!
6. Verizon scan detects this as spyware/malware on the phone.

Minha avaliação consiste em o uso do app, primeiro que tive dificuldade em instalar e o suporte não me orientou corretamente, tive que buscar ajuda através da internet, ponto negativo outros problemas é que a localização demora muito pra atualizar assim como as fotos instaneas não funcionam, o áudio também não, o aparelho que instalei tem memória suficiente pra suportar o mesmo, outro assunto é que se a pessoa recebe uma ligação pelo whatsapp sem abrir as mensagens o app, não capta as ligações, já fiz isso de um outro app mais barato que esse e ele fazia isso, os áudios que minha filha recebia pelo whatsapp eu também conseguia ouvir e esse não dá, então minha experiência não está sendo muito satisfatória levando em consideração pelo preço é alto e não está me entregando um resultado inerente.
