uMobix has tracking software for both Android and iOS devices. You can view all the incoming calls, caller information, timestamps and call duration. You can access other information: messages, photos & videos, messengers and social, key logger, and GPS location. The software is set up on the child's phone, after which, as the parent, you can get real-time updates of the activity going on on the phone. Some of the things that uMobix will prevent include cyberbullying, internet addiction and adult website browsing. Not all phones are compatible with the software. uMobix, therefore, has a section for checking phone compatibility. uMobix updates the software automatically after every 5 minutes. uMobix also tracks the location of the phone that is being monitored. uMobix is not available as an icon on the device; therefore, the child will not know that they are under tracking. After purchasing the software, you experience any issues, uMobix has a customer support team that will help when needed. You can also get a refund within 14 days of buying the software after sending uMobix an email. They have a section if you want to become a reseller of their software. Aside from that, they have an affiliate program where you can earn a commission when an individual buys their software via your affiliate link. Downloaded and paid $147 for this app to keep track of my person who is forgetful, tends to wander off and get lost. But, weirdly always keeps the phone near. The location app only works if the phone is used. Meaning. the phone can be on, but the location info will not download to the website unless the phone is "used" in some capacity.
So...
If your child is kidnapped and his phone is still with him, but he has no access to it. the app will not help you find them.

Quick installation and easy to do! I have used other apps and found it so frustrating !
I have used the technical team on numerous occasions mostly Rue has been the one to help me, who is quick to respond, helps me threw the problem to help get it rectified straight away.
The app gives you a lot of information. A lot. There is a time delay but you get the information. There have been some glitches which can be frustrating but I hope will sort themselves out.
Some of the information I find is hard to find, only because of the layout and the amount of information. So this is something that could be looked into so it is easier to find and on the eye. BUT having said that, information is all there.

The app has a lot of great features but I agree 100% with some others that have left a 1 star review. They have great customer service so that is definitely a plus but the app is not hidden, it shows at the top when you pull down notifications that screen casting is on and it's red. There is no way to hide that but to install the System UI Tuner from the app store. I did some research on the tuner and found out it can completely ruin your phone so I will NOT install that. Also, the Dashboard where you can see all information on the phone lags and takes FOREVER to load. It is not easy to locate new photos that come in and I noticed that it is creating duplicate photos in the Umobix photos tab off the dashboard. And the phone that I have this on is draining the battery 3X's faster than normal. Definitely not a good solution to monitor a phone. I will NOT purchase another month of this and I am uninstalling it tonight.

I am very satisfied with the app. It's not perfect but I do notice the progress and improvements along the way. The customer service is incredible.
