Glasses
With my prescription, I purchased a pair of white glasses. The frames, however, were clear when they arrived the other day, and my prescription was incorrect. With them, I can't even read. They now want me to pay for the return shipping so they can remedy their error. I contacted their customer service department, and they continue to tell me that they did a good job... Why can't I see or read with my prescription glasses from your company, and why must I return them? it is your job to ensure that a customer who spends money on your site is happy with the product

I order eyeglasses from Vlook and they was extremely to big. I exchanged them and the second pair was too big. I tried to exchanged again and they told me that I couldn't because there was nothing wrong with the quality of the glasses. I told them it's not written nowhere how many time that I can exchange. In writing they explained to me what 14 days exchanged mean and 365 days product guarantee mean. I told them that I don't have ESP regarding the 14 days return/exchanged or 365 days product guarantee. They said it will be cheaper if I did the sale buy one and get one free.i told thats game too because I'm sure it's certain glasses . This site is a joke. Save your money
