Altra's Olympus Shoes
I wish I had read the reviews before buying from the AppOutdoors.com store because I am extremely disappointed. On the 17th of September, I paid $169.95 plus shipping for Altra's Olympus 4 shoes. Nothing about the delivery came through other than a confirmation email about the order. On September 24th, I attempted to contact customer service but was unable to do so. On the 25th of September, I tried again and was told that someone would contact me within 24 hours. No one had done so. On the 28th of September, I used the Live Chat option to inquire about my order. Despite my protests, the person I dealt with was extremely rude and told me that I needed to wait for the shoes to arrive. Very terrible customer service.
