    Horrible experience. Purchased 4 barstools in January, after 5 months of not even an email follow-up, or an ETA, I cancelled. I still have not received my credit back a month later. Only excuses. Their customer service is practically non existent. I disputed with my credit card company and was able to get them to reverse the charge. This company should be shutdown. Very dissappointed.

    This store is a scam. I ordered a lamp from them, which arrived with a damaged shade and would not turn on. Customer service initially promised a refund, but kept delaying actually sending return instructions or issuing a refund and eventually stopped replying at all to email or phone.

    These people should be run out of business. Ordered something in November---still hasn't arrived. It's May. They've had hundreds of my dollars tied up waiting for the 'ship to come in' without EVER reaching out to me with updates. I've had to reach out repeatedly----they rarely answer and when they do, they hang up. They are right up there with France and Sons in terms of customer service. As soon as their showroom re-opens, I am heading there to announce my experience to their customers. GO ELSEWHERE---save yourself the grief and BS. I really question what kind of business they are running.

I ordered something and within moments of it arriving I contacted their customer service because my box came ripped up and inside the product was badly scratched. Within moments of receiving it I contacted their customer service, I called them, emailed them with pictures and proof and they had the audacity to tell me they won’t do anything about it. If you check their website it says o have few days to report the damage and I did it in the time frame yet they don’t stand behind their products or customers. Literally a nightmare! Stay away!!!!

They still assert that their mission is to inspire and facilitate great space design by empowering its elements, and to allegedly become the premier global platform connecting designers, product creators, and consumers.

Moro is a platform where the alleged most beautiful spaces in the world are featured, where great design professionals are found, and where the furniture, lighting, and art used within them is argued to be sourced. This platform maintains that they believe design shapes the way people feel and subsequently how they live and that they also believe its significance is usually unrecognized on a conscious level.

Moro argues that they aim to present the most interesting design in each of its facets – ideas and concepts, physical objects, atmospheres, the creative minds behind each, as well as its users and their experiences. 

Products and Services of Moro
Moro alleges that they search the entire world to find great design professionals, artisans, and brands, including historic icons of design as well as those not yet discovered, and make them accessible for the varying tastes and preferences of each of their users. This company also asserts that they elevate brand perception and optimize product understanding by showing relationships and impact on inspiring atmospheres.

On their customer service, Moro maintains that as long as a customer returns his or her order within 30 days of the receipt of the order, such a customer qualifies for a full refund on any product that has not been used or installed, is still sealed in its original box, and is in a resalable condition. They assert that a customer may remove the item from the box to review and inspect it and that if any damages or defects are found, they must be reported within 5 days of receipt of the order. 

Moro professes that an exchange will be processed once images of product damage or defect are sent to reply@moro.com. Moro further claims that refunds are issued for the amount on customers' invoices minus the shipping fees and that refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days of the request, and can take up to 5 business days to post to customers' accounts.
