Painting
Last year for Christmas, I decided to get my parents a painting of them together, and I'm very glad I did! Paint Your Life company is not only competent and efficient, but also courteous and timely. Customer service and the Paint Your Life workers were quick to respond to any questions or requests I had for my painting. I was astonished by how quickly they were able to offer me previews of my painting and then how soon they got to work after I approved! They work quickly and efficiently! Not to mention that the painting I received was perfect! The procedure is simple and straightforward, and I would recommend it to anyone!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! I ordered a painting. I chose the express delivery option so it would arrive by July 24th. The charge was an additional $69.00. After I paid for it, they replied indicating it may take an additional 1-3 days to deliver it due to unforeseen circumstances. WHAT! So now it’s the 27th! I contacted the business letting them know this inadequate disreputable business. They responded with this email.
“We are truly sorry for the inconvenience and misunderstanding. We will use your experience to improve our service further.
Due to the nature of our service, we always give the earliest estimated delivery dates artwork can be delivered to the doorstep. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, sometimes paintings can be delivered a day or two before or after the initially provided date.”
Basically they stole my money! What they should’ve indicated the estimated date INCLUDING the 1-3 days additional notice changing it to the 27th. I wouldn’t have paid for it. If they did this to me, how many others have suffered from this transaction? They do make good paintings, but the actual financial transaction is why I won’t be returning. I said this before and returned thinking their delivery had improved. If you order for someone’s birthday or a holiday gift, you can’t depend on their word. That for me is huge turn off! As of right now, my painting has not moved from the last point in over three days according to their website!

Don't do it. To start this off I tried for over a week to get ahold of them and now they wanna act like it's a robot messaging. When I got to talk to someone on Facebook they deleted my comments so people didn't know.
I specifically asked for a artist that was not cartoony. I wanted something like they advertise. Like a actual picture. But nope. It's very cartoony does not look anything like the picture they sent me to approve at all. After I finally paid for it they dropped all communication. The person I talked to on Facebook now acts like a robot. But that's how I was talking to someone with any questions I had and they got back to me fast and it was a person. The robot keeps saying they don't understand what I'm trying to say. I have reached out through their web page emails phone number Facebook their Facebook group.
Scammy. I mean you get a painting but it's not worth it.
I paid over $400 (not including the frame they don't tell you about until it's ready to ship out) for a 12 x 16 of 2 people.
I basically got a blown up clip out of a comic book.
They say 100% money back guarantee
But I gave it to someone as a gift so I can't take it away
They more laughed than cried when they received it because it looked like a cartoon.
I knew it was too good to be true there's always some type of catch
Don't waist your money there are other people better and cheaper.
Customer service is a joke after you pay.
