A friend passed and his family needed access to his Windows Laptop, which was pass word protected.
The PassFab4WinKey program enabled me to open the laptop and the family was very happy to access all the photos stored on this PC.
This product was easy to use, the price was reasonable and deserves a 5 star rating.

Ik had de versie voor de CD-rom gekozen en deze op mijn laptop gezet maar die was zonder CD-rom. 1 mail naar het bedrijf en het werd gelijk opgelost en kon ik de laptop alsnog ontgrendelen. perfecte service erg blij mee. leer van mijn fout installeer het op de juiste pc om een cd of usb aan te maken.

I purchased FixUWin to access and repair my sister's laptop. She has early dementia and could not remember the password. I had problems clearing the password and, while using the software, the laptop kept going into repair mode. The support from PassFab was great, They worked with me to solve my problems and I was able to reset the password and fix the laptop. Great software and support.

I WAS PLEASANTLY SUPRISED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ,IN THE PAST WHEN ATEMPTING TO RESOLVE A ISSUE WITH JUST ABOUT EVERY OTHER CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IT TAKES SOMETIMES WEEKS TO RESOLVE AN ISSUE AND IT ALMOST NEVER TURNS OUT IN MY FAVOR HOWEVER PASFAB CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS NOT ONLY PROMPT AND POLITE BUT THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE AND I COULDNT BE HAPPIER
