Syrup
We used to order syrup from this company regularly. Packages always leak when we shop online. There is no email response support with online orders. I sent an email with photographs attached, and that's all I got in return: no response to my email. If you need assistance with an item after it has been delivered, the service is terrible. Terrible customer service, my very first order, got canceled and five days later, they were telling me I'd have to wait up to 14 days for a refund. Why did you take the money if you didn't have the stock to send out my purchase, I asked? "They never responded to that."
