This product is a quick junk food which is instant, you can take on a busy work day and any other day. It's very delicious, you can add what you feel like taking with it. It is moderately spiced. It's not expensive. Not bad at all I would definitely purchase again. The quality and quantity fits the price and more. I ate it with some meatballs, it was too sweet that I could not stop thinking about it even at work. I tried it for the first time last month and now I have taken more than 15 already, it's almost like a daily routine now. My friends and colleagues at work are now part of the moving train, they enjoy it a lot, one of them had to make her own recipe for it and now it tastes better with vegetables in it.
