Kova Sofa + Ottoman
If we could actually LIVE on this sofa and never get up, we would definitely do it. The color and feel of the fabric is perfection, the comfort is BEYOND perfection, it is everything we wanted for our lifestyle and more. We bought the pit sectional, thinking we would use it as pictured as a “pit” but ended up changing the configuration to make an L-shaped sectional and we could not be happier. Movie nights have never been better!! Thrilled with this purchase and would recommend it to everyone…if I could only get myself motivated enough to get OFF of it.
Kova Corner
Terrible overall experience. We were very excited to receive our couch and on the day of delivery there were incorrect boxes delivered, not a big deal, I called the driver 3 minutes after they left and was told I was wrong and the delivery was perfect. I called corporate and they asked me to send photos of the couch (set up) and photos of every label (16 total). How do I set up a couch with pieces that are all wrong? I am now able to get in touch with someone regarding a return. I can see them open my emails, but no reply...
Vegan leather sofa
Albany Park is to be avoided at all costs. Their company is a drop ship reseller of low quality Chinese and Vietnamese furniture. No brick and mortar. “Albany Park” is more like a freight boat somewhere in the south pacific. Went out on a limb and paid 2k for a sofa only to receive three filthy boxes with oil spilled on them dropped at my door. Upon opening the first box (comes in 3, all in tatters), we found the back support damaged and broken. To my shock the internal bracing was exposed….it was literally pallet-like wood with tree bark still on it. You could not even buy such low quality wood in America, I have no idea how one could even assemble it. We are talking lowest quality precision and mis fired nails, splintered wood, cheap foam padding, miscut vinyl, all below even the lowest standard imaginable. Still cant get over how crappy it is. Worst part, the company refuses refund and will only send out replacement parts and let you “keep” the garbage broken parts. So its your responsibilty to dispose of their trash, and let me make it clear, it is indeed trash. Luckily laws are on the books to get refunded for such unethical and possibly fraudulent activity. This company’s behaviors are super sus and equally important the sofa quality is pathetic. This is my experience all backed by FACTS.

After 1 year this couch is trash. There is piling on almost all the cushions which is not covered after a year apparently. The fabric does not cover the whole seat on the cushion, so when you sit down it shows the black fabric underneath that looks very low quality considering the couch was over $3k. The front of the couch where the cushion meats the seat has a fabric line on it it already from the lack of plushness put in the front of it. I would never buy from this company again.

Absolute garbage company ... from start to finish. Overpriced with a substandard product. Forget about returning if you are unsatisfied as it has been over 3 weeks and we are still awaiting our refund.. WE have reached put several times , which ends up being answered by email ONLY after several days. Tried reaching out via IG .. Yes they blocked us.. "keeping our money " next step as advised by our bank is to get BBB involved.. which they are not even listed on ..
For the price I am truly surprised at the customer service aspect ..!!

Terrible customer service and they don't stand behind their products. The couch arrived damaged by the deliverer, and Albany Park offered only laughable "solutions" to try to "resolve" it. Now I am stuck with a damaged couch that I no longer want, after this terrible experience. Worse yet, the cheap quality and feel of the couch are not congruent with the high price tag. I strongly suggest buying your furniture elsewhere.

Nice looking sectional sofa, a good size also and very comfortable. Its not as soft and squishy as I thought it would be, it actually has a measure of firmness that I quite like. It provides a great balance of give and support. Hats off to the designers! The only thing to be aware of it is large and a struggle to get in.

We purchased this sofa for our basement and are very pleased with it. It’s sturdy, looks great and is extremely comfortable. I recommend this to anyone looking for a deep, comfortable sofa to lounge on.
