The shipping options offered include standard parcel, standard freight, expedited parcel and overnight parcel. Standard parcels are shipped to all states in the U.S. with the exclusion of Hawaii and Alaska. Overnight parcels weigh up to 150lbs, are transit by air in one day to all U.S. states. Standard parcels are usually in transit for 3-5 business days while expedited parcels are in transit for 2-3 business days. Bedrosians currently offers to ship to countries within the United States including Hawaii and Alaska. It is unable to ship to P.O Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, U.S. Territories and any countries outside the United States.

Returns and Exchange of Bedrosians Tile & Stone
Return and exchanges are only allowed for online retail customers. Bedrosians Tile and Stone has a 30-day return policy. Where a customer is not satisfied with a product, they should return then within 30 days of the purchase date. For a return to be valid, the merchandise must be undamaged, in its original packaging, unexpired and in reasonable condition. Refunds and returns are not given without a valid RMA number. Merchandise must be shipped and received by the distributor within 30 days’ issuance of the customer’s return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Where the return is considered invalid, the customer will not be refunded and will have 30 days to pick up their product. Bedrosians’ products purchased from another retailer, natural stone products, custom orders, limited stock products, products marked “Final Sale” and products that have been tampered with or installed cannot be returned.
