Clothing
I ordered some items from this website and received tracking. The order was never delivered. I have been going back and forth with them for a month now and absolutely no resolution. They keep saying they will escalate my request and I never hear back from anyone. They have also blocked my email address from emailing them, so my only option for contacting them is through the live chat. I asked for a replacement of items and was told it would be sent out, and never heard anything back. A few days later I asked yet again for an update, and they informed me that the items I ordered were no longer available. When I stated that this was unacceptable, they offered a gift card for their site (because I should trust them to get my items to me this time - right). I told them I wanted a refund and they refused and will only offer a giftcard. So I reluctantly accepted that, and have been waiting days for that to be issued. Be warned, DO NOT TRY TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Terrible customer service, and when you express your issues, they will block you from contacting them.
