This company is a scam. I ordered a dress and two months have passed & I still have not received my dress. Every time I contact them, they tell me that the dress is still being produced. You can only contact them through WhatsApp because no one will ever talk to you. I decided to contact the designer for the dress I ordered and he said he has not received any order from District 5 since a long time ago. I would advise the public to beware of District 5 as they are scammers.

Worst Experience EVER!
Do not shop here. Dress arrived 6 weeks late and when it arrived it was the wrong dress. Customer service is terrible. You have been warned!
I bought a gown
I recently made the mistake of shopping with this designer dress company and it was a disaster. I paid $1000 for a dress, but they sent me the wrong one and refused to issue a refund within their stated 10-day return policy when I returned it. To make matters worse, they charged my credit card for a product I did not authorize. When I contacted the company to try to resolve the issue, they were unresponsive and uncooperative.
I was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received from this company. They showed no regard for their customers and were completely unwilling to make things right when they made a mistake. I would strongly advise against shopping with this company. There are much better options out there that will treat you with respect and integrity

The poorest customer experience I have had in more than 10 years of purchising evening and formal attire. My experience with this business has been completely disastrous. District 5 Boutique took payments for several orders over a year ago, and then proceeded to cancel the invoices without notice, keeping both the money and the orders.
I have reached to their customer service for months, to be first ignored and now constantly told about the issue being eternally 'forwarded to the higher management', without ever getting an actual response nor a solution.
Please beware of this dishonest seller; avoid it at all costs! It appears to be a scam.

Worst experience. Save your money. Got my dress at 7:00 pm on Tuesday took it back on Wednesday next day after work and shipped back because did not like it. I did not even tried them in. They told me on dress have some marked on it we will not give u full refund. Excuses. So they took like 20% which they said dry cleaning coast. I never ever heard that before. So stay away from their bad customer service. That is why they don’t even have yelp page. Not worth it.

For over 2 months now I have ordered a dress and up till now I have not received it. I contacted the designer of the dress & he said he never received any order from District 5 but they kept telling me it he dress was being produced..

DO NOT waste your time with them. They lie, ignore your calls, messages and don’t refund you your money. I’m fighting to get my money back that I paid with a debit card of over $2200.00. It’s been over 4 weeks already and still no refund. Save yourself the pain frustration and headache from them. They canceled my order 2 days before my daughters wedding while I was checking in with them for 3 continuous and constant months for this not to happen. Hundreds of messages were sent but my gut kept telling me this would happen and sure enough it did. They literally left me stuck and didn’t even offer any options or try to smooth things out. I’m seriously telling you DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. BE VERY CAUTIOUS AND AWARE. I’ve never left a negative review before in my life but I have to let the public know how this company is. This company is sooo unprofessional and a true SCAM. Please do your research I should have followed my gut and the other reviews I seen about this place. Stay far far far away from these people. Please share this. I have proof of all messages myself, my husband and daughter have sent them. I hope no one else has this experience especially when it’s for a very special moment of your first child getting married. It ruins the whole vibe of everything. My husband had his suit customized to my dress and my younger daughter had a customized dress matching my dress as well. I had to go find another dress in 2 days for me. Be wry cautious, aware and best of luck on your searches!

Buyer Beware!!
I purchased a dress from them. When it came I took one look and realized it was too small. I didn’t even try it on. I returned it timely in its original packaging.
They contacted me yesterday stating they cannot issue my refund because the dress had a hole and was cut. They even had the audacity to send a picture of a totally different dress showing damage. I ordered a pink dress and the one they showed was a cream dress of a totally different material.
They do have beautiful dress but they are not honest.
I sent them a picture of the dress I actually ordered and so far no response. I now have to go through my bank and dispute this issue.

I ordered my dress in october, for an event I had in january 10th, the dress should've arrived at the beggining of december. THE DATE OF THE EVENT PASSED and Im still asking for my refund almost one month later.
Dress
I ordered and was charged for a dress FOUR months ago. Still hasn’t been sent to me. Customer service answers 1 out of 4 emails weeks apart only apologizing but still no delivery date. Will not give me my money back cause it is company policy and I am afraid to get the store credit to go to this frustrated experience again.
