Magellan GPS
 I ordered a Magellan GPS. I received an e-mail about an hour after placing my order asking me to contact them. When I did, I was told the item was out of stock. I called to see how the order was progressing. It was told to me that it was still on backorder and that they had no idea when it would be filled. I cancelled the order and requested a refund so that I could try to buy something locally. Paypal notified me the next day that the refund had been received. I received an e-mail from FactoryStoreOutlets a few minutes later stating that the refund had been processed. This is a fantastic service. I commend them and would not hesitate to buy from them again.
a lock out box and locks
Placed an order then got an email asking to email a copy of my drivers license and credit card to them or ship to my bill address. Replied to Ron Luther who never responded. Tried there online customer service which doesn't do anything but refer you to another email address. When I placed the order lead time was a few days, by the time the hold was released it was moved out to just under 3 weeks. Ordered somewhere else and received next day. Tried to cancel the order with customer service and got another email address to request that. Never again.
bearings
Ordered parts, was given excuses and false shipping documents for two weeks. Received wrong bearings. Took two weeks to get an RMA and shipping labels. Been two weeks since they received the bearings back. Still waiting. Stay away.
Rubbermaid cart
Ordered a Rubbermaid cart. Months of excuses and lies. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM. THEY ARE CRIMINALS, pure and simple.
Weld anti spatter
This company dosn't have a working phone # for customer service. They didn't ship the correct product and the live chat didn't work correctly. I will not bother trying to get the money back and will not purchase anything from them in the future.
