Leading the kind of stressful lives that come with modern life, it is very important to relax and take some down time. Many studies have shown that by taking the time to relax and have fun, that we return to work invigorated and and up being much more productive in the long run. Similarly, those who don’t take breaks and don’t take the time to unwind with a holiday, tend to be far less productive and unhappier. It’s clear that we need to have something tom look forward to in order to lighten the load of modern life.

But before you jump online and start buying all of your party gear, remember that you want to enjoy yourself right? Well that also means being happy with your purchase. You want to make sure that you’re getting what you paid for, and what you expect. So, reading quality reviews online can be one way to put your mind at ease and help the buying experience live up to your expectations.

About Fun.com

Fun.com is a family run business. It was started in 1992 when a Minnesota family decided to hire out the 50 Halloween costumes that they had which didn’t fit their them any more.

The enterprise was an immediate success, and they quickly started managing a business called Costumes Galore, selling out of the family’s garage, Later on, the website Fun.com was created and was an immediate success, and the business grew from costumes to a whole manner of collectibles and gifts aimed at the light hearted end of the gifts market.

Fun.com obviously have at their core the costume business that they began with, only now the selection is gigantic. You can choose a costume from virtually any genre or theme that you can imagine. If you are having trouble choosing then the website makes it easier for you to narrow down your choice. You can sort costumes by TV show, movie, video games and books. It’s all there. You’ll also find a lot more if you go to the ‘categories’ menu item as well. Costumes are also sorted by those appropriate for men, women and children, so you’ll have no problem finding what you need.

There is also a section for gifts, and these re sorted by occasion, so you’ll find gifts for graduations, back to school, father’s day, birthdays and such like. International shipping is available and there’s a shipping calculator on the site. Returns are accepted.

Backpack

I placed an order for a backpack. It was of excellent quality, and I adored it. I also enjoyed working with customer service when I had a problem with an item that had not arrived. The customer service representative was extremely professional and provided me with numerous options. I was pleased with my purchase and the customer service I received, and I would order from fun.com again. We found exactly what we were looking for on this fun website! Plus, it arrived quickly and was reasonably priced when compared to other well-known retailers. From toys to costumes, they have a wide range of products. From start to finish, the entire experience was fantastic. This is my new favorite online store!

I can’t gift this in such condition so I contacted support. They asked for photos. I sent photos. No response for a week so I’ve ordered replacements elsewhere.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!. I bought a costume that did not fit. Not only was I charged a restocking fee. I also had to pay for return shipping. In the end, the refund was very small. The garment did not fit. Was I supposed to wear it anyway? These are bad business practices, in my opinion, especially when there are numerous sites that don't charge for return shipping. My fault for not reading their policy more carefully. I won't buy from them again. Unless you are sure you are going to keep it, now matter what, spend your money elsewhere.

FunkoPops

I ordered some Funko pops from Fun.com, and while most arrived OK, two were obviously damaged. The pops were not damaged in shipping, they were clearly packaged damaged. When contacted fun.com refused to take and responsibility and blamed the shipping company. Again, these were torn, not sure how a pop gets torn inside a box, but they refused to allow me to return they, refused to replace them, and offered me a discount on a future purchase. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I told fun.com to cancel my order since an item wound up being out of stock. After canceling the order on my end, they charged me anyway!! Ordered 2 pairs of shoes which are the wrong size from what I ordered. I’m expected to pay to ship them back & suffer an 18% restocking fee. Don’t do business here.

Light did not turn on AT ALL, and they won't replace or refund or do anything since per their policy the item was delivered. Horrible customer service, did nothing to make it right and I can't even return the POS they sent me.
