    I placed an order for a backpack. It was of excellent quality, and I adored it. I also enjoyed working with customer service when I had a problem with an item that had not arrived. The customer service representative was extremely professional and provided me with numerous options. I was pleased with my purchase and the customer service I received, and I would order from fun.com again. We found exactly what we were looking for on this fun website! Plus, it arrived quickly and was reasonably priced when compared to other well-known retailers. From toys to costumes, they have a wide range of products. From start to finish, the entire experience was fantastic. This is my new favorite online store!

I can’t gift this in such condition so I contacted support. They asked for photos. I sent photos. No response for a week so I’ve ordered replacements elsewhere.
