MOAB 2 WATERPROOF SNEAKERS
I ordered sneakers a week before this review and wanted them by the end of the week because they were a present for someone I was going to see out of town. The shipping estimate help page indicated the shipment will arrive in 5 days, so I double-checked with their customer service, who confirmed it. My delivery was still in Hong Kong six days later, but several attempts to contact support have resulted in disappointment! First, I was told that they would contact FedEx to have the package rushed or prioritized, which FedEx confirmed was a lie, and now I'm getting hit with the same predetermined text about how long a package can take to process. Very unpleasant.
Rick Owens Fishtail Parka
I purchased this item from the Mens tab as a size M. Without measurements provided on the listing, I typically am a M in Rick Owens outerwear. However, when the item arrived, I realize that this measures as a Womens M. Shoulder is only 16” across and pit to pit is only 18”. I could not even get my arms thru the sleeve.
HBX promises to answer emails within 24 hours, only to hear back after my second email beyond the 24 hour time frame.
Long story short, sloppy listing layouts, spotty policies and lost my money.
I’d much prefer outlets such as cettire and ssense as listings are clear, along with reliable customer service.
