MY ORDER TOOK FOREVER.IM STILL MISSING ITEMS ABD ITS BEEN ALMOST A MONTH. THEN THEY DON'T RESPOND TO EMAILS AND ITS NO NUMBER TO CALL. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN AND I HOPE THEY LOOSE BUSINESS. THEY ARE a SHITTY COMPANY

Clothes and shoes
Several days after placing my order I received a vague email that some of my items were not in stock. After several back and forth emails I found out which items were not available and cancelled that portion of the order. I was refunded for those items. Over the course of the next several weeks I received the rest of my order 1-2 items at a time. After 2 months, there were still two items that I had not received so I emailed them back asking for an additional refund. At first they didn't understand, but after I clarified my request they ghosted me.... so I'm out $45 for clothes I never received, and half of my order never made it out the door to begin with....

The shoes look nothing like their website. These shoes are so cheap looking, that I can't give them away. The company offered to give me a measly 20% discount, save your money.

Terrible. Un-wearable . They must filter bad reviews out of their website, as I gave a review, and it has never appeared on their site. There’s no point returning them either as the returns process is SO complicated. You have to pay for return postage, and you don’t receive your money back until they’re back at the supplier. I just don’t trust they’ll ever actually arrive if I return them.

Horrible business with extremely cheap shoes. Guess the price was not a deal!! Quality is about a 2, super bad!! Emailed to find out the return policy to be told to keep them and give them to a friend and they will give me credit on my next purchase (NEVER!) I said no, I want to return them. She said it's at my expense and she'll give me 25% back. Don't think I can trust that either. Total scam of a business - HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO STAY AWAY FROM IMILYBELA- terrible low quality shoes and worse customer service ever. Spread the word!!

Buyer beware- it’s basically a scam company. The sole of the shoe is made of styrofoam. Can’t even wear them. Wasted $40. Would’ve added a photo if I could.

Buyer BEWARE!!!.. this company uses the old bait and switch!!.. their product is nothing like the picture show in the ad I would not purchase anything from them ever again!!! I'm waiting for a full refund!!! GOOD LUCK

Bought and paid for NEW sandals online. Received USED sandals in the mail. When I tried to return them the rep. Gave me the runaround and suggested I give them away as a gift rather than return them. This is a very dishonest company. Expect to be ripped off if you order from them.

They were not what I expected at all... Terrible. Most likely will not be purchasing from them anymore. Im getting ready to have the shoes donated most likely. This is something I never had to do but I find myself having to waste money.
When you walk in them on hard floors, It makes crunch sounds each step you take.. So I wasn't able to wear them nowhere not even to the work place.
