Bags
Worst online store I have ever seen! Not able to deliver the bags, not responsive on customer service, not refunding money for goods they do not deliver! This is stealing! Please avoid this store!!
Handbag Feeling Scammed
I have had the same experience as Lonnie. Although the package came from the US I had to return it to Turkey. $220 shipping charge.
UPS was unable to deliver so I contacted Mlouye. Dogukan from customer support said that it was with customs and as soon as they receive it they would expedite my credit. UPS sent me a detailed review and it was not with customs, they had been attempting to deliver.
UPS asked me to reach out to them to get a phone number so they could contact them for delivery. I reached out to customer service again. No response. I sent them another email giving them UPS contact info. No response.
Between the bag and return shipping I'm out over $700 and now they've ghosted me. I will research how to file a federal complaint about this if not resolved.
Sera Tote Vanilla
They do not make returns. You cannot contact them. I believe they deliberately show limited address and contact info. I believe this is all a scam. The bag also turned out to be different from what is depicted on the website, very low quality, almost like qn H&M bag. I will press charges and litigate.

This company charged my credit card, but still has not shipped my bag after 3 weeks. There is no phone number available for customer service. I have emailed twice with no response. Please help! They charged my card 545.00 without even shipping the item
Multiple bags and shoes
I wish I had better understood the complete lack of customer support to return product, a process which has been ongoing for months with no sign of receiving my refund. The only reason I don't believe this to be a total scam is due to actually seeing the product.
I ordered multiple items and ended up initiating a partial return (some of which were shoes that did not fit well). I was horrified to learn that Mlouye was only willing to provide a prepaid flat-rate shipping cost per item (not for the entire return) which was going to be about $100 per item, to return to the Turkey HQ; because I placed a large order of multiple items, this was completely unfeasible, so I was given detailed information on where to ship and the exact specifics for the customs forms -- I executed and shipped in a single package via USPS which cost ~$100 and required all packaging to be in original pristine condition (packaging is pretty but very heavy = $).
When I checked on the tracking I saw it arrived in Turkey but had not been accepted at the address; this sat for exactly 3 weeks before it was transitioned to return to sender. Before this I tried to reach out to Mlouye to intercept but received no response. I've requested their team reach out asap (through multiple email accounts just in case) to help resolve the issue with no responses. Even if I actually get the package back, I would not be confident to ship it again as I expect I'll have the same problem for another hefty price, I'm already out one large shipping cost due to their lack of support. I followed up multiple times via email but have not received any reply since receiving the shipping information back in July. I'm currently out $1200 of returns + $100 shipping charge.
The quality of the products received was high but now when I look at those I kept, it honestly makes me feel ill. I hope to find a resolution to this problem and am looking for options to escalate the issue. Avoid at all costs -- even if you are 100% confident that you would never return or have any issues which require customer intervention, I could never recommend supporting a company that treats it's customer so poorly.

Ordered in early Feb, was told it'd be shipped by late Feb. They keep changing the dates, but all dates have already passed and I'm still waiting. CS rarely responds, or if they do, they provide fake updates just to keep your mouth shut. They also delete negative comments/ complaints (all about the non-delivery issues) left on their Instagram post. Don't even know if I can ever get a refund as they don't reply to emails. Worst shopping and CS experience in my life. I hope no one will have to experience the same as I did.

Pre ordered and the item was not shipped on the supposed date. Its been 2 weeks already and it hasnt shipped the item yet. Emailed them twice but no reply from them. I was planning to order another one upon arrival of my order, but this customer service changed my mind. Id rather buy from pol*n* and fl**ron

I ordered a bag for my wife, but never received it. Followed up on the initial order confirmation after 2 weeks. In those 2 weeks, nothing from Mlouye, while I ordered that specific bag, because the website said it would be ready to be send within 2 days. After a day that I send the mail, I got a reply that only said that someone would be in touch within 2-3 days. Waited a week again. Again not a peep. Followed up again another week later, with again no reply. So I cancelled and asked for my money back through the credit card company. Basically it seems like you just have to cross you fingers with Mlouye and hope that you get the bag that you paid almost 600 euros for.

Huge delay for the pre-order item. I have been waiting for 2 months, and still have not received my order.
They said they confirm that I will receive the item by last week and sent me tracking link but the link only states that it only receive information for courier. It doesn’t mean that it has been ship out. It only means that airway bill has been created. Now they keep dragging the time to ship the order. It is very unprofessional and i am not sure when I will get my order. :(

Horrible customer service. Ordered the flex bag after seeing it everywhere on instagram and watching a youtube video comparing its quality to Loewe. The size was wrong though and I realised immediately after ordering so requested a cancellation 30 min after placing the order. The order was placed on a Saturday night giving plenty of time to customer services to reply. Three weeks and six emails later, the bag is shipped and customer service emails me apologising, feigning some technical problem and asking me to accept the parcel from the courier so they can send a complementary return label. That was four days ago, I contacted them twice since then, yet they keep ignoring me. I have to see what my bank can do in this situation. Avoid, they are extremely unprofessional!
