To begin with, their sizing is inaccurate, and their customer service is terrible. The clothes I ordered three weeks ago caused me some problems. I wouldn't shop here any longer. They sent me a dress with a stain on it and another that was torn. This is the first time I've ever received a brand new item with a stain on the hem. Customer service offered me the option of receiving a dress from the store or receiving a 30% refund if I kept the dresses I already had. . It's been almost a week since I sent follow-up emails to see if my refund had been processed, but I've received no response.
