READ THIS BEFORE PURCHASING!!! THEIR SOFTWARE INTERFACE IS MISLEADING!!!
The options presented are "Remove Screen Lock" and "Remove Screen Lock without Data Loss." The first option actually wipes ALL your data, which is not explicitly stated!! You can literally perform a hard reset FOR FREE! IT ACHIEVES THE SAME RESULT WITHOUT COSTING A DIME. The second option is for EXTREMELY OLD ANDROID DEVICES, YOUR NEW/CURRENT DEVICE WILL NOT WORK.
Now, obviously I'm writing this because I went through the refund process, like I'm sure many of you have. PassFab proudly advertises a 30-DAY-MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE on MULTIPLE locations of their website. However, when I requested a refund, it turned into a frustrating and time-consuming ordeal. I had to go back and forth with their support team, explaining my dissatisfaction and reminding them of their own guarantee. Instead of honoring their refund policy, the customer support team tried to negotiate partial refunds! It felt like they were purposely making it difficult to receive a full refund, hoping I would settle for less.
They even tried offering a lifetime key of their products. For something you might literally only use once in your life, it's ridiculous! It literally shouldn't be such a struggle to receive a refund that was CLEARLY promised.
Based on my experience, I CANNOT RECOMMEND PASSFAB ANDROID UNLOCKER. While I eventually received my FULL refund, the overall process left much to be desired. If you're still considering using PassFab Android Unlocker, PROCEED WITH CAUTION. BE AWARE OF THE SOFTWARE'S LIMITATIONS AND THE POTENTIAL CHALLENGES YOU MAY FACE WHEN SEEKING A REFUND!
IF YOU ARE STRUGGLING TO GET A REFUND BACK:
1. Be assertive: Express your dissatisfaction and DEMAND a full refund, do NOT settle for less
2. Document everything: I literally took a screenshot of every location where it said 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee in case I had to dispute the charge. I even saved all of my emails
3. Mention "alternative measures": Don't be afraid to inform them of your intention to dispute if necessary
This is all the advice I can give to anyone who might be reading.
