It's a good cracker..The support team are also very helpful and prompt. I appreciated them helping resolve my issue in a way that went above and beyond what they needed to do.

Does what it says on the tin
Android Unlocker
I had a phone that was not allowing me to get back in after a factory reset. The first method did not work. But after getting with support, I was able to get the phone unlocked. I gave service a 4 star only because there was no chat or phone option. I understand the issue that this causes but we are in the instant economy and people want issues fixed now. So either improve the support or have a better FAQ that walks me though the issue. As my issue could have been solved either though the app or from an FAQ with out having me contact support.
FassFab for Excel
Great product. I locked myself out of an Excel file and this service came highly rated under a youtube video I was trying to use to unlock the file (to no success on my own). Passfab greatly helped and provided really great customer service. Please note - they are international, so it may take time for them to respond.

This product did exactly what it says it can do. I had an Samsung A325G which was google locked and i had no access to the account. After purchasing this, it walked me through step by step. Within a few minutes i had the phone unlocked and just like new again. Thanks so much for the hard work you guys did to make it so simple for me.

Screen Recorder
They do not honour their money-back guarantee.
I upgraded an old demo copy of PassFab's screen recording software ($48.13 CDN) to record another program interacting with my computer while I played a game. Their software didn't do this. I contacted support and asked for help. They made a suggestion, I tried that, it didn't work. I emailed them back, and they said I'd have to show it wasn't working, with no recommendations on how I do that.
Over the next ten days, I spent 7+ hours using other screen recording software to prove that PassFab's wasn't working. I finally just asked for a refund. They said they'd get back to me. After a week, I asked for an update on my refund. They said the problem wasn't with their software, so they're not honouring the guarantee.
Uhm. It's working fine in plenty of other screen recording software programs, I found other bugs and had to fix them, it's obviously their software. They say nope. I've had to do a reverse charges. Save yourself a lot of time, money, and headaches. Go with another company.

BE CAREFUL...MONEY BACK GUARANTEE IS CONDITIONAL....fraudulantly keeping my money after their software doesn't work on my system....BEWARE!
It did not unlock my IPad as described and they are refusing to return my money.
