Passfab for android
This product did exactly what it says it can do. I had an Samsung A325G which was google locked and i had no access to the account. After purchasing this, it walked me through step by step. Within a few minutes i had the phone unlocked and just like new again. Thanks so much for the hard work you guys did to make it so simple for me.

Screen Recorder
They do not honour their money-back guarantee.
I upgraded an old demo copy of PassFab's screen recording software ($48.13 CDN) to record another program interacting with my computer while I played a game. Their software didn't do this. I contacted support and asked for help. They made a suggestion, I tried that, it didn't work. I emailed them back, and they said I'd have to show it wasn't working, with no recommendations on how I do that.
Over the next ten days, I spent 7+ hours using other screen recording software to prove that PassFab's wasn't working. I finally just asked for a refund. They said they'd get back to me. After a week, I asked for an update on my refund. They said the problem wasn't with their software, so they're not honouring the guarantee.
Uhm. It's working fine in plenty of other screen recording software programs, I found other bugs and had to fix them, it's obviously their software. They say nope. I've had to do a reverse charges. Save yourself a lot of time, money, and headaches. Go with another company.

BE CAREFUL...MONEY BACK GUARANTEE IS CONDITIONAL....fraudulantly keeping my money after their software doesn't work on my system....BEWARE!
It did not unlock my IPad as described and they are refusing to return my money.

PassFab iPhone Backup Unlocker
While the product does what it says it does (searches for forgotten passwords), it does so very slowly. I had it use the dictionary to search for my forgotten password and it tries 7 passwords per MINUTE. With there being over 170,000 words in the dictionary, this would take a very long time. So after letting it run all night I decided to attempt a "focused" password search where I put in possible letter and number combinations. This reduced the search time to 1 password per MINUTE. Yes, you read that correctly, 1 password attempt per minute. Had I known it was this slow, I would have never purchased the product.
PassFab for Excel
This software didn't work. I purchased it to remove or to recover a forgotten password. I ran it. It took more than 20 hours and never recovered the password. I ran 3 the options and any of them worked. That's a completely FRAUD. I recommend you not to purchase this product. You're going to waste your time & money

software did not work. they refused to honor their advertised 30 day money back guarantee. they offered me other software instead, first for an additional charge, then for free, then they started to offer partial refunds starting at 30% and stopping at 70%. i threatened legal action and they finally agreed to refund 100%. That was 7 weeks ago. No refund and their email inbox rejects all emails. STAY FAR AWAY SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM
