The best customer service I've ever experienced! Due to some tracking updates delays, I became concerned about the status of my package. I contacted Public Desire Support, and they were quite helpful. They responded quickly, and I had a response the same day I wrote them. They contacted the courier company on my behalf, and I received further information and eventually, my item arrived not long after that. After that, Public Desire followed up to see if I had received my package. They were quite helpful and made my internet shopping experience much more enjoyable. I love the heels I purchased and am extremely pleased with my purchase! I'll buy from here again, and if I ever have any problems with my box, I'll know who to contact.
Shoes
I ordered a pair of shoes. I never received my item. After several email attempts to resolve this issue, I enlisted the help of my bank. I also left a one-star review on Public Desire's page. Their customer service team reached out to me and requested that I change and/or remove the one-star review. They also requested that I close the claim with my bank. They stated they would not refund my money otherwise. Simply put, Public Desire is holding my refund hostage until I comply with their request. Do not purchase from this company. They are not reputable.
