Tuckernuck provides free standard shipping and purchases ordered before 1pm EST will arrive in 5 business days. Expedited orders are offered at checkout, and all orders are charged a flat cost. Orders placed before 2 p.m. EST will be delivered the next business day (Saturday Delivery Excluded). Please call Tuckernuck customer service if you are unable to locate the package 5 business days after the indicated delivery date.

Tuckernuck accepts returns within 30 days
of your item being delivered to your door if you are not totally satisfied with your purchase. Tuckernuck return is free of charge. Only unused, unworn and unwashed items are accepted for return. Please give your refund 4-5 weeks to process. If you're returning a present, Tuckernuck will gladly give you store credit in exchange for it. Please contact customer service via email, phone, or chat to ensure that they have all of your details. Tuckernuck also accepts exchanges within 30 days of receiving the item at your doorstep. You can make an exchange by filling out the exchange form on the packing slip that came with your order.

Top
Very disappointed...Floral top looked great online but turned out to be 100% polyester, made in China. Not something I would even wear...For close to $200. First and last order!
Twodresses
I ordered two casual dresses, both for roughly $120 each. The quality of the fabrics were awful. One dress was labeled as 100% cotton, yet was super itchy and cheap feeling. The second dress was labeled as a 98% cotton and 2% elastane. Although it was a lot softer than the first, it felt like the elastane ratio was much higher than 2%. Overall, the quality was subpar. I will not be ordering from them again.
Also, the customer service is not great. It takes a while for them to get back to you when you ask for an update on your return.
Several items
Extremely disappointing customer service. I inadvertently chose free shipping instead of expedited (was in a bind for an event and needed the items within 2 days). I called immediately and it was after hours (they have limited customer service hours) and sent an email within 3 minutes of the error. I received an email telling me my order could not be edited or canceled, though it had yet to be processed. I called the next day, still no shipping or processing email confirmation yet, and was told the same thing by the representative. She had no apparent concern for my need and offered no solution. Super disappointed! Expected personal care from customer service from a specialty boutique company. Very impersonal.
