jigsaw puzzle
After receiving one of their puzzles without issue in the mail, I purchased another and it was never received. The tracking info they gave was bogus for the US (it was a China-based system, according to the U.S. Post Office), and I verified that the package was never delivered (I have a ring cam which proved it was not delivered). Customer support would DO NOTHING. TOTAL RIPOFF. The first puzzle was ok, but not worth getting robbed on a second!!!
