. The bars are available in different ingredients they include nuts and honey. It contains tree nuts which are manufactured where other nuts are processed as well. Fast Bar ingredients are like nuts. The product is not recommended to diabetic or prediabetes. Fast bars are available in nuts and cacao chips which is made with almonds, macadamia, honey and coconut flour. The bars are also available in nuts and dark cocoa which contains pecans, flaxseed and cocoa nibs. The bars are available in blueberry acai which contains coconut flour, raspberry and vegetable fiber inulin. The bars are also available in lemon berry which contains macadamia nuts and fruits.
