American Paddlefish Caviar - Malossol
The caviar was not as fresh as it has been previously. It seemed that the caviar had been frozen or flash frozen, possibly during transit. My order was delivered quickly and the delivery process was without any hassle or issues. The flavor was fine. The texture was not as good as usual because of the freezing and the caviar could last unopened for 2 weeks and only one day if opened. The Paddlefish comes from wild fish. I can't really say it was a perfect experience buying from them. However, I would still give them another shot and see if they would deliver better caviar.
