APC Shirt
Be varey careful with your order.
If product does not fit - they charge a handsom $35US to return.
Medium was too small - if I try the large an no good i will have be out $70usd for the pleasure.
Makes online purchasers difficult with no standard fit of clothing these days.
Better to source from an alterntive supplier with more friendly online purchasing policy.
BO NOT BUY FROM BALTINI THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY AND RETURNED GOODS
Ordered shoes. Tried them on - they were literally out of the box less than 1 minute. Sent request to return. Return was accepted and sent in all original packaging and condition. Return carrier was arranged to pick up (at my expense). Then was told the shoes were rejected to be returned because they were damaged. So now they have my money and the shoes. They offered to ship them back to me at my expense. They did not fit so why would I want them back!! These people are crooks. Dishonest and untrustworthy site. Spend your money somewhere else.
S Max Mara Coat
I had received a Max Mara coat that I tried on for a few minutes at most but it was too small so I returned it. The company refused the return, sent a few pictures claiming that it was stained. The pictures were not clear at all (I don't even remember seeing any visible stains when I received it) and I definitely did not stain it but they're charging me $70 to ship the item back to me. So essentially I am charged an extra $70 for an item that's too small for me and has damages that I didn't cause. Worst online shopping experience I've had in recent years. Do not advise ordering from here!!

I would give zero if i could! I returned an item snd git the confirmation that they received my item in October. Its February and i still have no refund and no item. I was foto open a dispute and once i did - Baltini e-mailed offering 5%(!!) ofc any item and my money back if i close the dispute. Later they asked for an official letter of dispute withdrawal (!) . I was left with no money during a holiday season and now they still putting me through hell and not providing a refund! Scammers!
