. Descriptions, price, shipping terms and pictures give the customer an understanding of the product before they make an order. The products are made from scratch therefore after an order is placed, the information is sent to a tailor who reviews and starts to design. The materials are picked for making the costume and the tailoring begins. The costume is sewn according to your specifications. After it's sworn and before it's shipped, the product is examined to confirm it meets the customer's specifications.

. Shipping costs and time is determined by the method you use, destination and product total weight. Ezcosplay shipping time takes 2-3 weeks to be delivered and can be cancelled within 24 hours.
