UNBELIEVABLE. It’s been 12 days and these have not even shipped. I’ve reached out several times. I only heard back twice, each time given half-assed by answers that really didn’t supply actual info.
DO NOT BUY. You will never get your order, and if you do, previous buyers reviews assure you’ll get crap shoes, poorly packaged, and used/damaged.

I am very disappointed with this company. I ordered two pairs of shoes last month (hoping to receive them prior to my birthday) and they never arrived. I just received an automated message stating that the item I ordered is out of stock. I asked for a complete refund and for them to cancel the entire order. The reply I received was the same response stating that the “shoes are out of stock”. I’m now seeing all of these horrible reviews regarding their company. I’m hoping to receive my $86.00 dollars back to my account. Otherwise, I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau concerning this company. I paid for items that they are now stating are out of stock. And they have yet to send the funds back.

Ordered 2 pairs of leather sneakers that should have only taken 2 weeks to arrive. After 3 emails, they responded that the shoes were out of stock? Horrible. Won't attempt another order with them.

I ordered a pair of Navy Blue ankle boots. This thieving company posted my payment and the boots were never delivered! When I checked ked my order status, the website stated that the navy value boots were out of stock, but never notified me or sent me a refund!

Total scam! I got my boots in a decent time frame. They didn't fit. Tried to return them and they gave me the run around and told me to give them as a gift. They said it would cost me to ship them back. I said we'll, it only cost me 9.99 to ship so that's fine. I will ship back and take the rest back in what was owed to me back on my card. They have not written ne back or given me my money back! Funny enough right after I purchased these my card # was stolen had to get a new card. I think they stole my number. And used it online. This is a huge scam! Do not buy from them!

This is the worst company I have ever ordered from.....they took my money and never shipped my item. I emailed them several times and each time they informed they will be shipped soon and nothing. I can't even track them on the Shop App. They removed themselves from it. They just took my $45. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

THEY SENT ME A JACKET THAT WAS THE WRONG COLOR AND OVER 2 MONTHS LATE. I CALLED OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN AND THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD NOT REFUND MY MONEY. THEY THEY HAVE THE DECENY TO SEND THIS BULLSHIT.
