I saw it all over the IG and decided to buy. It was in stock so my package shipped in a day. The design is unique and light weight. I love the color. the size fits perfectly especially i am petite. The delivery was earlier than i expected. Very efficient even the customer service. Overall i love it.. Thank you

I watched couple of online reviews and loved the quality. I placed my order in the beginning of March.
They accept backorders for the sold out items, and many of them are sold out I think due to the huge interest. The shipping date was speficied on the product page. Mine was shipped on time and I received my Mini Flex Bag 4 days after they shipped it.
I think the negative reviewers don't notice the shipping date on the product page.
I understand some orders are delayed but we need to keep in my that all of their handbags are handmade, sometimes delays happen.
I love the quality, it is on par with top luxury brands, the bag has a very unique style, I get ton of compliments everyday!

I love my mini sera bag. It’s cute,unique design and light weight. Holds all my essentials and can’t recommend this bag to every bag lover. Quality and design is what make me love Mlouye bags. Will be picking up some more from the brand this year.

Worst online store I have ever seen! Not able to deliver the bags, not responsive on customer service, not refunding money for goods they do not deliver! This is stealing! Please avoid this store!!

Horrible customer service. Ordered the flex bag after seeing it everywhere on instagram and watching a youtube video comparing its quality to Loewe. The size was wrong though and I realised immediately after ordering so requested a cancellation 30 min after placing the order. The order was placed on a Saturday night giving plenty of time to customer services to reply. Three weeks and six emails later, the bag is shipped and customer service emails me apologising, feigning some technical problem and asking me to accept the parcel from the courier so they can send a complementary return label. That was four days ago, I contacted them twice since then, yet they keep ignoring me. I have to see what my bank can do in this situation. Avoid, they are extremely unprofessional!

Ordered in early Feb, was told it'd be shipped by late Feb. They keep changing the dates, but all dates have already passed and I'm still waiting. CS rarely responds, or if they do, they provide fake updates just to keep your mouth shut. They also delete negative comments/ complaints (all about the non-delivery issues) left on their Instagram post. Don't even know if I can ever get a refund as they don't reply to emails. Worst shopping and CS experience in my life. I hope no one will have to experience the same as I did.

Pre ordered and the item was not shipped on the supposed date. Its been 2 weeks already and it hasnt shipped the item yet. Emailed them twice but no reply from them. I was planning to order another one upon arrival of my order, but this customer service changed my mind. Id rather buy from pol*n* and fl**ron

I ordered a bag for my wife, but never received it. Followed up on the initial order confirmation after 2 weeks. In those 2 weeks, nothing from Mlouye, while I ordered that specific bag, because the website said it would be ready to be send within 2 days. After a day that I send the mail, I got a reply that only said that someone would be in touch within 2-3 days. Waited a week again. Again not a peep. Followed up again another week later, with again no reply. So I cancelled and asked for my money back through the credit card company. Basically it seems like you just have to cross you fingers with Mlouye and hope that you get the bag that you paid almost 600 euros for.
Sera tote bag
The bag is smaller than you would think based on the model image, please bare in mind the model is quite skinny thats why the bag seems bigger. Also no clip or anything to close it, the interior bag dont close totally so you can get robbed easily. The strip is super thin, easy to break. I would expect paying 600€ For a small bag with so little leather at least to be a hardy bag and with something to close it! Not worth the price!
Flex Bag
I have thoroughly enjoyed carrying this bag, primarily as a handbag. It gets compliments everywhere I go, and seamlessly goes with 90% of my wardrobe. Sometimes, I wish the bag were slightly larger, the design, quality and flexibility more than make up for it.
