Do not waste your time. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Buried deep in their policies is shady no return/exchange clause. Even though on their website it says exchange with in 30 days. When contacting the company it can only be via email. They offer pennies on the dollar for "refund"...$5 and a coupon on a $358 order of curtains. They also tell you to donate the curtains. They try to scare you high fees to ship back to their factory in China. Do not bother ordering from KGORGE.
KGorge Curtains has a deceptive, perhaps even fraudulent return policy. The policy online states that returns may be made within 30 days for a complete refund. What they do not say is that the curtains need to be returned to China at the customer's expense. The phone number on the website is disconnected and comes up as spam when calling.
I have emailed them 16 times without a resolution, and as other reviewers have noted, was told to give them to a friend. I have filed a claim with the Federal Trade Commission stating their deceptive return policy. And encourage other victims of their fraudulent business to do the same.

I purchased curtains and needed an adjustment in shipping address, that was challenging. Customer service is rude and un willing to help, That is if you can get ahold of someone. To note, the customer service number is no longer in service and cannot be reached. i have reason to believe this is a scamm website. My order never arrived and they are saying otherwise and i am unable to process a return or refund. Would not recommend.
