Sneakers have a great history. The late 18th century was characterized by people wearing rubber-soled shoes, which were referred to as plimsolls. The shoes were quite unpolished and didn't have a left or right foot. It was until 1892 that the US rubber company would design rubber sneakers that had a canvas top referred to as Ked, which was more comfortable. Mass production of sneakers would start in 1917. In the same year, the first shoe that was exclusively made for basketball was produced by Marquis Converse. This shoe was referred to as Converse All-starts. The shoes would later be called Chick Taylor in 1923 after the endorsement by Indiana Hoops star called Chuck Taylor. In 1924 sneakers would go international when Adi Dassler, a German, designed a sneaker named Adidas after himself.

Nike Shoe
Trash website. I made an order (#KS572774) for a brand new shoe, but they reported that there is defect on the shoe and tried to get me to accept it by offering discounts. I rejected multiple times but they kept coming back with higher discounts. This has been going back and forth for about 1 month. I am still not getting my refund.
Hello? I have money and willing to pay more than retail price for the shoes. Do you think I care about discounts? The Customer Experience Specialist, Virginia Law, does not understand my concern and is simply copy-pasting replies. Test me further and you and the company will face legal charges! I demand my refund!

I never write bad reviews because usually any discrepancy is cleared up by the company with a refund/exchange but this company's practices are beyond questionable that this needs to be reviewed across several websites. I see the Better Business Bureau website has only negative feedback, so I guess I'm not the only victim of this company.
I was sent an inauthentic product that was cross-referenced with a pair I purchased at an official store. The sizing was strangely off and small details made it inauthentic. It was a fake product. I did not agree to purchasing a fake product, so that already throws their Terms and Conditions (that they hold onto tightly) out the window. However, I didn't want to dispute with them and just wanted a clean refund.
Well....after waiting for my return to be "approved" (I'm sorry but who's the customer here?) with photos, I was "allowed" to return inauthentic and inaccurately sized shoes with the shipping on me. Yes, it is stated on the website but that doesn't make it legal. Nor does it state that the items are being sent back to Hong Kong. So I already paid 55 dollars for shipping to my house and now I have to pay another 45 to send it back to HK, which makes it more than the product. When I did the math, I will be paying more for shoes that I am returning. There are also other shady things like I was asked to declare it as a gift so THEY don't accrue any changes, I'm supposed to provide a tracking number to THEM (again, who's the customer??) and the wording in the emails is "IF" the return is approved. I thought it was already approved?? And what wouldn't be approved if I'm straight up sending their product back? I see other people are happy with this site (???) and good for them, for me, it has been shady and probably illegal business practices.
