This is the most beautiful roses I receied , these are long lasting roses, mine are already 11 months and they still look like new. I'm keeping them in my leaving room away from sunlight , humidity , moisture, and the best thing is they don't desire water so they shoudn't be watered. Box is suede and very luxury and roses have perfect bloom. Super happy with my purchase, I would recommend Le Jardin Infinia nd can't wait to have new set of roses in my apartment.
Large customized order flowers
I have been a long time customer of Venus et Fleur (10+ years). I am suggest to try Le Jardin Infini. As I do, the customized large order of flowers are delivered in horrible condition. I call to explain and am told a new order will be shipped out immediately. However, I do not receive this new flowers and decide this company is not as good as Venus et Fleur. I call and no one to answer nor do I receive a return call. So I call bank to explain. Several years later I try to give Le Jardin Infini another chance. As I order another large customized flowers, I am spoken to with a tone of voice that is unprofessional, unnecessary and unwanted. Being given a lecture about how small business suffer when people like myself make fraudulent claims. So, I am expected to pay for something I never received?! Last time checked the laws in America, a customer is not obligated to pay for any goods or services that are not rendered. The audacity an employee has to feel comfortable to speak to a consumer like this, is despicable. I have served this country for two decades and I am a client for one of the most prestigious financial institutions this beautiful country has. I take great pride in who I am and will not condone being treated like this. My next step is making a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
Update:
Because of my open and honest review of the company, they decided to cancel a new order I recently placed. How immature it is a company to act in such a way.

Some of the flowers have rips in their petals, the middle flower is dented in, the box is frayed and dented, some of the colored flowers bled onto the white ones, and when I carefully removed the plastic as instructed it took out some of the holder. Now after having them a few days the white flowers are falling apart and turning clear/see through.
Do not respond to emails, blocked my phone number, and when contacted on social media they will block you. STAY FAR AWAY.
