Glasses
BUYER BEWARE!
I ordered progressive lenses. They arrived late despite paying the addition fee to have them delivered in a shorter period of time. When I did receive them the perscrition was way off. I could barley see out of them. I sent them an email emplaining my problem. They replied that PD is off. Really? My PD is 68.5 yet their site only allows whole number entries. So now they are asking for an additional payment to have my lenses fixed. The problem is more than a 0.5mm PD mesurment however they placed blame on the customer without rechecking the lenses. Beware Compay is located in China and does not offer a return policy. The only way to communicate with them is through email. Based on their lack of customer care and no return policy why would any one want to do bussiness with this company.
Glasses
I ordered and paid for a pair of glasses from this company. Cost me around $89 because of my prescription. I waited 3-4 months never received them. I contacted lensmart and they said there was nothing they can do. I had purchased from them several times prior to this order. I found a new company CLICLIME.COM with better glasses, faster shipping, and excellent customer service. They even replaced a pair of glasses that I broke for free, I received my replacement within 7 days too. This company does BAD BUSINESS 👎 SAVE YOUR $
Eyeglasses
Beautiful glasses on line. Frames were excessively heavy. Description of glasses said large. They were extra large. Prescription was blurry. Three emails to customer service and no response. No address given for returns or working phone number. These glasses cost $100. Poor service and misrepresentation of product.

I order the hye glasses. The description said they were supposed to be metal but they feel very cheap like plastic. They have sharp spots on the ear pieces that cut me when putting them on. I contacted customer service and showed them photo proof. They played dumb and acted like nothing was wrong with them so they wouldn’t have to refund me.

Do not order glassed from this company. I ordered progressive glasses and uploaded my prescription from my optometrist. The prescription was so off that when I put them on it made me nausea. They say they want proof that they aren't correct. There website states they give a full refund up to 7 days. They keep asking for my prescription over and over and I keep sending. Do yourself a favor and don't buy through this awful company!

I received glasses and the prescription is wrong they sent me my prescription back ask me if that was my prescription and told them yes it was but its wrong I can't see out of them, first they seem like they didn't want to work with me then they told me they will send me new lenses, so finally after another 3 more weeks they sent them back to me to put in my self, and they are also wrong I know what I can see out and it's not those lenses, I can not see distance or up close. I have tried to get assistance through email customer service and messenger. Both tell me to adapt, like I can change my vision. I just want to return and cannot get help. And of course them taking so long to get back to me they won't refund me, And this is what they tell me its so frustrating...

Progressivelensesglases
I purchased a pair of progressive lenses glasses from Lensmart. It took over two weeks to receive which I had expected per their website. There is something wrong with the lenses. Everything is completely blurry further into the middle than any pair of progressives I've ever wore before. I've been exchanging emails with them all week asking to return the glasses and get a refund. There is clearly something wrong with them. They continue to email me back with obvious answer questions and pretending that their questions or suggestions will fix the problem. I cannot see out of these glasses. I just want my money back and they keep giving me the run around. I plan to tell anyone that will listen to not use this company. Their customer service is terrible and if there is a problem with your order you may as well count your money just gone.

Wake up to an email this morning saying the order will be shipping soon. They had plenty of time to cancel the order before "customizing" it. Unbelievable. Do not use this site.

This company cannot manufacture progressive lens. I should have read reviews before purchasing from them.
You cannot call the company. Only email and they only respond in the middle of the night. So it takes entirely too long to communicate.
They argue with you too and act like you're new to wearing glasses and don't know what you're talking about.
The "progressive " lens they sent me are blurry except for a fingernail size right in the middle. They tried telling me that's how progressive lens are made. What I received feels like looking through a fishbowl.
I emailed back and forth with Lensmart for two weeks. Was able to prove they didn't manufacture the lens correctly and they offered to regund 70% of my purchase. Only 70% even though they made the lens wrong! I also have to pay to ship the glasses back to them. So I'd lose more money!
My eye doctor looked at these glasses, laughed and said do not wear these.
I ordered two other pairs of glasses from Zenni and Cliclime. Both came perfect and are beautiful.
