SCAM!!! DO NOT PURCHASE! I never received my glasses or an order confirmation number. Once I purchased the 2 pairs of glasses (total $162) they sent a fake tracking number. It's been over 2 weeks and even online in my account it says I never ordered anything from them, but my paypal was charged by them. SCAM

TERRIBLE COMPANY, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I wish I could give them ZERO stars. I got my bifocals reasonably fast, left lens is fine, right lens is completely wrong. Lensmart goofed on the cylinder reading on my RX and then tried to blame ME for the error. Said I wrote it wrong on the order form! I didn't fill out an order form; I sent them the RX and THEY filled it out wrong. I was an optician for 22 years and didn't have a successful practice by messing up RXs! They offered to refund me the price for my frame: $6. It would be laughable if this outfit wasn't so crooked. They then said they would remake the bad lens if I paid again. Their answer is always "lenses are a custom product and cannot be sold twice". Yeah, that's why you want to make them correctly the FIRST time, because if you don't the company must absorb the cost, not the customer! False advertising, NO real refund policy, NO customer service, and the quality of the goods is terrible. Add to that the fact that they do all this work OUTSIDE OF THE US. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHADY OUTFIT.

I doubt if these people are using our Prescriptions. I bought 2 pairs for me and my mom tjooo they are a disaster, frames are both blurry. We can't see at a distance.. My fear is that if I'm returning them I will have to pay for shipping and they will bring the wrong glasses again. I'm so disappointed..

I will never order from this company again I should have stayed with Zenni delivery was horrible took almost a month and the reading glasses had a double lens in the right eye and the most worst part is I can’t even speak with someone the number on the receipt is a fake.
Sent the email in still haven’t heard from anyone. If I had known someone been in business as long as they say they have been without a working customer service number I diffidently would not have ordered. How can a company care about the customer if you can’t reach them beware

DO NOT BUY GLASSES FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not know how to manufacture progressive lenses, sent me lenses that look like I am seeing through a fish bowl. Tried over and over to get a refund. No luck. Again, I urge anyone and everyone not to waste your money on this company. Go with Zenni. My Zenni’s are perfect.

DO NOT use this company. They took my money and sent me the wrong glasses THREE TIMES! And now, won't give me a refund. I've been dealing with them for three months and they've been awful! Don't do it! Not worth it!!!
