STD testing
I was very pleased with how quick the whole process was. I ordered my tests in the afternoon, had my blood work done the next morning and received my results the next day. I am pleased with my shopping experience because it was easy to place the order, overall price was excellent and will recommend this site to family and friends. Intuitive website makes it easy to find the test I was looking for. And ordering was a breeze. Hassle free testing at the lab. High level of confidentiality and no physician referral was required, I really love their services and I hope to find more tests available
Blood tests
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! I ORDERED SOME SPECIFIC BLOOD TESTS AND THEY POSTED MY RESULTS AT THE LAB WHERE I HAD THE BLOOD DRAWN. I DID NOT GIVE THEM PERMISSION TO DO THIS. I CONTACTED THE LAB AND THEY SAID THE ORDERING DR. FROM HEALTH LABS WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS. I ORDERED THESE TESTS FROM THIS COMPANY FOR CONFIDENTIAL REASONS. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!
Labtests
I ordered 4 tests total (2 one day and 2 more a few days later). Only 3 of the 4 orders came through to my email. When I called to tell them this, I was assured by them that there were 4 in the system and the 4th order not coming to my email didn’t matter. Two tests had results given via my account and the third said “pending”. No results were ever given and the 4th, which I have proof was paid for never was posted at all. I went round and round and round with them and was refused a full refund! They said I’d made an error in my email and to give another, which I did and that didn’t help either. It was all just a hot mess that they seemed unable to rectify. Cannot recommend them.

Was sent to Healthlabs via a Google search for an H Pylori breath test (specifically a breath test) Purchased the test, went through all prep for the test, went to the lab only to be told what I had been sold was an H Pylori BLOOD test (which only tests for antigens, not the actual bacteria). Per the nurses advice, I skipped the test and asked for a refund. HealthLabs kept 20% (even though they did absolutely nothing but forward me to the LabCorp site) and I'm guessing that's the game...think how much that 20% will add up after they've misled customers like me and then refuse to refund them the full amount.
blood test
I ordered a blood test to be drawn at Quest Labs. The next day, they sent orders for that test to be done at LabCorp. I called HealthLabs as soon as I got the order and spoke to two different people. I told them I was going to Quest for other tests and the test needed to be done that day, at Quest, with the other tests. The first person I spoke with said they would change the order to Quest, then came back and said they would not. Either I had to get it done at LabCorp or I could cancel for a partial refund and they would keep a fee. I told them a partial refund was not acceptable, but a full refund would be. The second person I spoke to said that a supervisor had refused to issue a full refund.
I had to buy the test from a different seller to be able to get it done at Quest.
A couple of weeks later, I again reached out and told them I’d initiate a chargeback and put out negative reviews if they would not make this right with a full refund, and again they refuse. It’s the only time I’ve ordered from them, and it feels like a bait and switch.

They steered me toward their lab of choice and only after the purchase was complete did I learn the lab wasn't accepting new appointments for a week out. The lab I wanted to use is accepting them today. Then when I asked for a refund they charged me $16 for a refund! Outrageous business dealings. Never again with this company. From now on I'll be using Ulta Labs exclusively.
