Flights

Changed our return date to a month BEFORE our outward date, and will now do nothing about it. They are absolutely terrible, they take your money and will do nothing to help.
I have to put at least 1 star, but I rate them as 0!

They operate under the Travel Agents Act of Singapore under license number 02943, complain to feedback@natas.travel. If there's enough complaints they will have to look at them!

I have made complaints to both NATAS and ATAS.

Stuck in Antigua, prices on the legitimate sites were rising fast and booking up. I found Trip.com and made the mistake of booking with them. After talking to "Christine" on chat, I knew I made a huge mistake. She could not answer the simplest of questions, like, am I guaranteed to get the tickets. Kindly wait 24 hours, was her response. I asked for a supervisor, but she was not sure if he was there or not.

I wanted the tickets, needed the tickets. But I figured it was safter to try to cancel, than wait 24 hours to see if the tickets would go through.

Now, I have to wait 24 to find out if I have a ticket, or I don't have a ticket. Likely, since it was two different airlines, they will cancel one but not the other. So I will be reaching out to my credit card company.

Avoid booking with Trip.com at all costs!

Never, ever, ever book anything with these dishonest online criminals. Be careful as they double the price of flights you order behind you back and they use the old small print crap to get away with it. We ordered tickets for a 1/2 hour flight which on most other sites cost about $100 each....with this site it cost us $500m pretty much and their refund fees are about the price of the picket itself. Its just a dodgy Chinese site you have to steer clear of. If you can order tickets directly with the airline you want to fly with.

Booked a flight ticket

I booked a return ticket flight. 1 of the ticket was issued instantly, second one wasn't issued within 24 hours.
- I called to customer service, they assured me that they will issue a ticket within 4 hours
- Nothing happenned within 4 hours, I called again, they told that they reached out airline directly, and 100% I will get a ticket in 24 hours
- Nothing happenned in 24 hours, I tried to call them again, but couldn't speak to a represantative, I texted support in the app, they didn't give my any explanation, just told that they put it in "urgency" and I will get a ticket within 24 hours
- Nothing happenned again in 24 hours, I talked to support represantative Zadi and he told that he chatted to department issuing the ticket and asked to give him a big favor to wait 24 hours. I was already angry, but decided to give them last chance.
- Nothing happenned again in 24 hours, I talked to support represantative Irina, she told that she can again leave a note to make my tickets issued as soon as possible(it was already 4 days before the flight and I couldn't wait), I told that I don't want to wait anymore. She told that she can refund me the amount that I paid for the ticket. In the meantime price for the ticket increased by $100, I asked if they can provide me bonus and gift card for that. She said no. So, I asked her to cancel the ticket and I got a confirmation on the email that I will be refunded within 10days.

Conclusion: I used this company to buy tickets about 10 times, everything was smooth, but this booking made me angry several times. I spent ~2-3 hours on calls and chats with customer service. Represantatives are lying to you everytime, promising, but it never happen what they promise, they also never gave me an explanation what's going on at all.
I will never book through trip.com or any other travel agencies only direct booking through airline

Flight Booking

The worst experience of my life. They added my contact number wrong which was their mistake and could not fix it even after 45 days. I tried to contact them 10 times and every time there was the same response that we are talking to the higher manager. DON'T GO WITH THIS AGENCY. THEY DON'T CARE ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY.

I needed to correct my phone number to add extra luggage and flight confirmation because the airline was sending a confirmation code to my contact. I was punished for their mistake and still they could not fix it. Imagine explaining the same thing to 10 different agents.

DO NOT USE THEM, THEY'RE SUCH A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!
My flight was cancelled by the airline and I have been trying to reschedule it for more than 2 weeks. They keep telling me that the change request failed. Then they kept telling me that they are waiting on a confirmation from the airline. Every time they keep telling me to just wait for 24 hours, then they started saying to wait for just 4 hours and my request will be resolved.
And NOTHING happens.
***Also, DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR RESPONSES ON HERE that they resolved the issues or anything.*** They just write that to seem as it they are legit, but they don't do anything.

Airline TIckets

Bought one way from orlando to Jamaica. I missed my flight due to delays and the airline refunded trip.com the money. I even got confirmation of the refund and when i went to speak to a representative from trip.com they came back saying they were unable to contact the airline to confirm refund was made. Even though I sent them confirmation of the refund from the actual airline. Their responses " i will put this matter on urgency". I asked to speak with the supervisor, and they came back saying there was no supervisor. So now it is a waiting game and based off other reviews it seems this is a common response to their customers.

trip.com will not give me my refund for a cancelled flight and has been lying to me for months.

Specifically, my return flight was cancelled and I opted for a full refund. Ryanair has been saying since the beginning that they have sent the refund to a bank account. That bank account does not belong to me. That probably means that the money was returned to trip.com although they have never confirmed this. Since then, they have been telling me all sorts of different lies when I ask for my refund either through e mails or phone calls. The most recent lie was that they have requested for a new refund from ryanair, and are waiting for it to process. I know that is invalid since ryanair has been very clear since the beginnning, saying that they have refunded the money. That was around a month ago and i have not heard from them since then. My flight was in July so this has been going on for 3,5 months!

I am certain trip.com is responsible for this because as time went by they kept making invalid claims and changing their story.

It is clear they are just waiting for me to let it go and stop bothering since they have already wasted so much of my time

Flight Ticket

"FRAUD COMPANY"
This is my life's biggest mistake to book the ticket this with shit company. I booked the flight ticket and need to cancel the ticket within 24 hrs as this I was facing severe back pain. I asked them to cancel the ticket and they asked me to submit the medical certificate, in this worst condition I went to doctor to get the medical certificate as they said without the document we cannot refund the amount. When I submitted the document, i got the email to wait for 24 hrs for the refund. I called them after the time period, now again they asked me to wait for 72 hours and it still keep adding the hours hours to get the refund, at the end after all this nuisance, they said now you are only eligible for voluntary refund, they charged me $1544 for the cancellation fees, and the whole team was very rude at all the time.
I never recommend to book any service with this fraud company.

Flights

This company is the biggest rip off I have ever had the misfortune of using.
Wish I'd read reviews before I handed over my money which they now won't pay back for a cancelled flight. Instead they palm you off to the airline who won't help as you can't get through security because the phone number and address are not yours but some place in Shanghai!
