Order for the amount of 165 USD It was paid in October 2023. The end of January the order has not yet arrived. soolinen.com deceives in correspondence about delivery. These are deceivers and thieves. Don't order from them

They are totally unaccountable in every regard.....I consider their attitude and behaviour deplorable and feel as though I've been conned.....Their photos are beautiful....Their delivered items are not.....They have not responded to many of my emails calling for accountability and action......One photo of a beautiful chinese type top I ordered, showed that the material was the same on the inside and outside....When it arrived, the lining was white cheap stuff that showed when the collar was opened, as it should be....I thought I ordered the wrong thing and ordered again from the photo that I ordered from and asked for them to contact me....They didn't...Received the replacement and it was the same...white inside, unlike the photo.....I have made two other orders, which never arrived....This was before Christmas and I was hoping to wear one of them, which is why I ordered.....No replies to my many emails.....So that's three things that they taken my money....and me not having any goods to show for it....HOW CAN THEY BE STOPPED....Lyn Biner

Horrible business to deal with. They are refusing to answer my emails. I bought many items, most of them didn't arrive. A green blouse arrived as a blue pj top very badly made. Absolute rip off.
I am about to contact pay pal and they can deal with them.

Clothing is not size for Westerners/ horrendous fit. Return sounds like a big pain in the A..! Please DO NOT waste your hard earned cash!!!

A skirt and a top
These guys are horrible for refunds. The items came but they were absolutely the wrong size - not even close to what I had ordered. Trying to send the clothes back and get a refund is a joke. Trying to communicate with them is a joke. They keep promising to refund the money but they don't. Horrible company to deal with.

I ordered clothing for the first time online from them. They market the brand as an American brand and you pay in dollars only to pick up the brand is from China. I cancelled my order before the 24 hours period aloud to cancel order and are now nearly 4 months later still waiting for my refund!! I had to cancel my bank card, because our bank advise me to rather apply for new card. Not a trustworthy transaction. Soolinen still can’t do a EFT refund towards the same bank account only have different card reference. Been talking to Lily on going from soolinen and just don’t get anywhere!! Be warned not a liable company to deal with!! They will for-sure loose customers if they don not improve there service levels and do business with integrity.

I have waited 31/2 months for this jacket. With a phony tracking number. I have made about 10 inquires to a help line of this company always being assured the jacket is on its way. Then when it supposedly gets to my town. The information stops. When I go to all carriers they tell me there is no such number. When I tried to reach out again to Soonlinen they do not get back to me. Do not do business with them .

Their products are poorly made and I received a defective skirt. They refused to send a prepaid return label even though their website states that they will. And they after emailing back and forth, they best they would offer is a 10% refund. On a $60 item that I can't even wear. I have no confidence that they will even process the refund. I advise avoiding this business if you don't want to gamble with your money.
