Don’t buy from here. They are a scam, charged me 2 months ago and have not shipped my product yet. Worst customer service ever

This site is deliberately dishonest.The price quoted on my order was $150.99 and nowhere was it explained or quoted in US dollars.Only after payment was made and my receipt show $150.99 US dollars.Despite 3 emails advising my wish to cancel and two emails from Soolinin, the last 2 emails ignoring my request I was advised the goods were being shipped.I have reported this to my credit card provider and referred the matter to the appropriate Australuan authorities.

I ordered clothing for the first time online from them. They market the brand as an American brand and you pay in dollars only to pick up the brand is from China. I cancelled my order before the 24 hours period aloud to cancel order and are now nearly 4 months later still waiting for my refund!! I had to cancel my bank card, because our bank advise me to rather apply for new card. Not a trustworthy transaction. Soolinen still can’t do a EFT refund towards the same bank account only have different card reference. Been talking to Lily on going from soolinen and just don’t get anywhere!! Be warned not a liable company to deal with!! They will for-sure loose customers if they don not improve there service levels and do business with integrity.
Sweater
Terrible service!! The sweater was 60. And it’ll cost about that to send back! I think their stuff runs really small or they sent me wrong size. There’s no labels to see what you got! Don’t buy here you’ll regret it!!!

Don’t shop at Soolinen! Their policies are shady and dishonest. They state you can get a refund but they lie! I wanted a refund on a dress that I didn’t want, they shipped and said I should keep it. I told them I didn’t want the dress and the only options was to keep, or get only a 10% refund. Lying, cheating and dirty company! Don’t shop here!

I have not received a reply to my email despite being promised with 48 hours.
Only now I read these reviews and those on TrustPilot! Too late! Clothes are made copying others' designs, but not made well, not same colours, fabrics or finesse. Only one of the four I was totally happy with, 2 more are passable, and the other two I would like to return, but going by reports, I will am doubting if it's worth time and money. I have learnt a big lesson here - buying online, check reviews first!

Beware!!! The website us a total scam. Ordered three dress items and one pair of shoes. Sizing completely too small. No linen content. Would maybe fit a Chinese third grader.
Tried to faithfully return. They claim not to be able to get it out of customs. Email them daily with copy paste replies. Absurd. I will not stop on principle.
Save your money and nerves. They do not have repeat customers. Bogus.

The item I received did not match the color or pattern or material of the item on their website. The site indicates the ease of return but it is difficult to return and a many day/back and forth emails to return. They are constantly trying to sell you on the idea of keeping a defective product.
