DO NOT use this company
DO NOT use this company. They took my money and sent me the wrong glasses THREE TIMES! And now, won't give me a refund. I've been dealing with them for three months and they've been awful! Don't do it! Not worth it!!!

prescription is correct! YES it IS correct but you got the distance and reading backwards!!!

For the last 12 years, I have worked with 3 different suppliers: Clearly, Eyebuydirect and AClens. For progressive lenses with thin lenses 1.67 and quality transitions I paid an average of $260 CAD. I did business with Lensmart in June to save $100 (C$158 was the price for glasses) I received them 3 weeks later and when trying them for the first time, the frame was crooked and heavy, the lenses very thick and my vision was blurred. I contacted them to return them and get my money back. They denied me for 10 days with unnecessary questions and tests. After 10 email exchanges, I made a complaint to Master Card to cancel the purchase. The next day, Lensmart sent me the return address and I had to return the package at my expense (over $15) and he only refunded 70%. I wasted my time and $64 with this purchase. The quality of their progressive glasses is terrible. For your eye health, don’t buy from Lensmart.
FakeTransitionalLenses
This company is a scam. They advertise lenses that are prescription free transition lenses, but they don't actually transition. So they charge you an extra $7 for the transition and then when you get them they don't actually change.
When I reached out to their customer service, I was asked to provided photos, which I did, then I was asked to provide a video in bright sunlight, which I did (you can literally see the glare of the sun in all the photos), and at first they offered to send my a new pair of lenses at that I could reinstall myself, which i said ok to just to be done with it, and then they took it back and said they wanted further proof that the lenses didn't work. After sending what I felt would be sufficient proof to them I decided that writing a review was the only way they might change their tune and start actively helping their customers instead of trying to blow them off and steal their money.

I ordered glasses and when I received them, I could not see out of the bottom. They offered to redo the lenses and when I got them, they were no better. I asked for a refund and now all they will offer me is 50% after I return them. I have to pay postage so it is not worth it. I asked for a full refund because this was their error, not mine, and they refused. They do not stand behind their work.

Do not buy. The "support" team will absolutely refuse to give you any information for a return. The "support" phone number is always busy, there is no adress listed amd the "support" team will do the absolute best the can to give you the run around on returns. Be warned stay away.

The glasses are not what I was expecting. I ordered progressive lens, they are not. Delivery time was very long. Will not Buy again.

I will never buy from here again. The shipping took over a month. The glasses came they are very cheap and the prescription is wrong. I asked to return them and they will not respond to my messages. This company will take your money. DO NOT ORDER FROM LENSMART.

This company cannot manufacture progressive lens. I should have read reviews before purchasing from them.
You cannot call the company. Only email and they only respond in the middle of the night. So it takes entirely too long to communicate.
They argue with you too and act like you're new to wearing glasses and don't know what you're talking about.
The "progressive " lens they sent me are blurry except for a fingernail size right in the middle. They tried telling me that's how progressive lens are made. What I received feels like looking through a fishbowl.
I emailed back and forth with Lensmart for two weeks. Was able to prove they didn't manufacture the lens correctly and they offered to regund 70% of my purchase. Only 70% even though they made the lens wrong! I also have to pay to ship the glasses back to them. So I'd lose more money!
My eye doctor looked at these glasses, laughed and said do not wear these.
I ordered two other pairs of glasses from Zenni and Cliclime. Both came perfect and are beautiful.
